I have a new pellet heating system. Since I live on a narrow street, other companies wouldn't deliver pellets. Korb did. The driver was very nice and handled his vehicle well, so the narrow street wasn't a problem. I also received a new customer gift. The representative on the phone when I placed my order was also very nice. I will always order from here from now on. I can recommend this company 100%.

We received our first delivery of pellets from Korb today. The delivery date was met, and the driver informed us of the exact time the day before, which was also adhered to. Both the staff on the phone and the driver were very friendly. We would gladly use their services again.

I can recommend the Korb team without hesitation. We get a load of pellets every year. From the telephone order to the delivery, everything runs smoothly. Everything went perfectly, from ordering to delivery. I'm very satisfied with the quality of the pellets. My next order in 2025 (if the price is right) will almost certainly be placed with Korb.

Today is my first review, even though I've been there several times. I have nothing but positive things to say about it, from the product range to the friendliness of the staff. I personally find everyone very helpful... Forgot your glasses? No problem, someone comes with you right away. Even when I have questions about a product, I receive detailed advice, and even when they're busy, I've always been treated the same, whether I bought two screws or several items. For my part, I can only reiterate that I really enjoy shopping at this hardware store.

Received a delivery of 4 pallets of pellets today. The delivery was on time, I was informed of the time in advance, and they arrived precisely on schedule. Super friendly delivery team and careful work. 👍 Would use them again anytime.
